Flávio Bidoia is graduate in Social Communication. He began his career as a digital designer for television and film. During this time, he executed several projects for agencies as Thompson, McCann and companies such as Embratel, BNDES, Shell, Federal and State Government.

Luciane Araújo built her career with focus on the creation and was responsible for great launchs of the movies like "Central Station" by Walter Salles and “How to be single” by Rosane Svartman and Songbooks in book and Disco by Almir Chediak.

As partners, they act as thinkers, idealizers in creating communication solutions for Digital, Corporate, Promotional and Live Marketing. Between their clients are Natura, Disney, Buena Vista, Light, Editora Record, MIMO Festival, Ancine, Ambev, Coca-Cola and Oi. In 2013, they began the creation and development special projects for cultural and entertainment events.

The Agency accumulates ABERJE and AMPRO Globes Awards and participated in the Benchmarking in London with companies hosting the 2012 Olympics in the city.
